Lazer Battlez · Rules of Play and Participation Agreement

The person who books or pays accepts these rules for everyone in their group, including any under-16s they are responsible for. Nothing to sign here.

Please read this before you play. By signing you agree to it for yourself, and, if you are signing for a child under 16, on their behalf as their parent or guardian.

1. ABOUT THE ACTIVITY
Lazer tag is an active game played in a darkened, multi-level arena with ramps, barriers, UV lighting and laser effects, alongside other players. It involves movement, quick changes of direction and sound and light effects.

2. WHO CAN PLAY
All players must be at least 6 years old and at least 110cm tall. Anyone under 16 must have this agreement signed by a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for them during the visit. Players 16 and over sign for themselves.

3. HEALTH
Tell our staff before you play if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights, a recent injury or operation, or any other condition that could be affected by physical activity, darkness, UV or laser lighting. Do not play under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You take part at your own risk and confirm you are fit to do so.

4. RULES OF PLAY
No running. No physical contact with other players. No climbing on walls or barriers. No lying, sitting or rolling on the floor. No foul language. Follow the instructions of our staff at all times and leave the arena safely at the end of each game. Wear comfortable clothing that covers your shoulders (the vest rests on them) and flat, closed shoes; no heels.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Anyone who breaks the rules or puts others at risk will be asked to leave the arena and no refund will be given. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the arena or the equipment through misuse. Lazer Battlez is not liable for injury or loss that results from breaking the rules or ignoring staff instructions. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

6. BELONGINGS
Please leave bags, phones and valuables with a non-playing adult or at reception. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the arena.

7. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
The arena and party rooms are covered by cameras for safety and so that parents can watch from reception. We do not use footage for marketing without separate permission.

8. YOUR DETAILS
The details you give here are used to run your visit and are kept by Lazer Battlez for one year. They are not shared with anyone else except our booking system provider, and are never sold. You can ask to see or delete them at any time by emailing info@lazerbattlez.co.uk.

By signing, I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement, that the details I have given are correct, and that I agree to the rules of play.
